How do I sell an item?
Selling is super easy.  All you have to do is click on “sell”, and fill out the form.  It’s really simple!  Tip: by filling out as many details as possible, you’ll make it easier for buyers to make an informed purchase.
 
How do I buy an item?
First, do a search for a specific item, or browse the site until you find what you’d like to purchase.  Second, click on “details”. Third, click on “recrib it” to connect with seller.  Done.
 
How do I get my item
It’s up to you and the seller to decide how you are going to get your purchase.  We recommend you use our delivery partner TaskRabbit.  Not only can TaskRabbit pick up and deliver your item, but they can go and inspect it for you before you make your final decision on purchasing it.  There is a link on each item page, where you can easily set up a task, for a small fee.  We are always here to help set this up as well.
 
How do I get paid when selling an item
During the posting process, we give you the option to select your preferred method of payment: credit card, check, or cash.


What if the item I’m purchasing is defective?
We encourage anyone purchasing an item to go and check it out before buying it.  At the same time, we hope that everyone listing items are truthful when describing the condition of the items they are posting.

How soon does my post expire?
A post stays up on reCrib for 30 Days.  Two days before your post expires, we will send you an email asking if you’d like to it to stay up for another 30 days.

How do I take my post down after I sell my item?
On the upper right hand side of your listing will be "edit" and "delete" links. Simply click on "cancel" and the post will no longer be published.
